My Approach

Most of us have spent years accumulating strategies for managing our lives,

our emotions, and other people's perceptions of us.

My coaching is not about self-improvement. It’s a return to your original wholeness.

These three elements are at the core of how:

Somatic Awareness

Your body knows what your mind tries to talk you out of. Long before you can articulate what is wrong, your body is already carrying an answer. I help you learn to better hear the subtle nuances of what your body is trying to tell you, to regulate your nervous system, release what has been held too long, and feel genuinely at home in your own skin. Once you are in more consistent contact with this direct knowing, decisions that once felt excruciating become astonishingly easy.

Deep Presence

Most of us live slightly outside ourselves, managing our experience rather than inhabiting it. Presence is something different. It is the capacity to meet yourself and your experience exactly as it is, right now, without agenda or defense. It’s not something you create. It’s what you are beneath the patterns that pull you away from yourself.

In our sessions, I bring a quality of presence that helps you access your own, allowing you to drop beneath the noise of your thinking mind into direct experience of what is most true in you. From this place, what feels stuck begins to move. What feels confusing becomes clearer. What once felt missing begins to reveal itself as closer than you thought.

My clients are often surprised to discover that feelings of lack, emptiness, or longing are not signs that something is wrong. They are a doorway. The ache isn’t a flaw. It’s a signal pointing home.

Fierce Compassion

I hold an unshakable belief in your fundamental goodness, even when you have forgotten it. And we all forget. I meet you with brave and loving compassion that does not flinch at difficult truth. I help you quickly cut through the stories you tell yourself and get right to the heart of what is actually happening.

What Happens in a Session?

Sessions take place in person or on Zoom and typically run 50 minutes. No two sessions look exactly alike. But in general, we start with a short meditation and then feel into and follow what is most alive, charged, stuck, or ready to move. I often ask questions from a place of genuine curiosity that allow you to navigate blind spots and unquestioned assumptions. When feelings show up, I may invite you to pause, get curious, and let them fully in.

Depending on what you come in with and what shows up, a session might include:

Somatic inquiry and body-based awareness

IFS style parts work

Self-inquiry from deep presence

Exploring a specific situation or decision

Role play, movement, and/or sound

Investigating a recurring thought loop, feeling, or pattern.

Between sessions, there is sometimes clear integration "homework" to do, and sometimes the invitation is to simply notice your habitual responses to certain people or situations, and track what happens in your body.

I bring my whole self to each session, including full presence, my training, my intuition, my directness, my playful spirit, and my genuine care.

What clients most often report afterward is a sense of clarity, relief, and new possibility that they did not expect to find so quickly.
