About me…

 Messy, imperfect, and wildly alive.

I have lived. I have suffered. I’ve made many mistakes: “failed” relationships, two divorces, relentless pursuit of big achievements to feel worthy, perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-abandonment, and SO much striving to do it all “right” and prove that I am good.

And slowly… I’ve found my way to a life I want to be living. In 2014, I began a long and challenging journey of coming back into my body, and turning toward my deeper, truer self. I’ve gradually learned to love her — really love her! — and care for her in all the ways I had desperately longed for from others.

Today, my life is still messy and imperfect! But it is also truly full of joy, magic, flow, and connection! I express, create, and love well, with far less shadow agenda creeping in. Life will always be challenging. But now I meet it on its own wild terms rather than trying to control everything. And in that surrender, I’ve found so much richness, pleasure, and delight. And I know that you can too. It’s your birthright.

I hold a Ph.D. in psychology and am an ICF-certified coach. I am supported by the wise counsel of trusted consultation partners and incredible mentors. But more importantly than any credential, I bring the truth of my own lived experience, my loving presence, and an unshakable belief in your ability to access the unique gifts that are already within you. Together, we’ll bring them forward.
